Sobha Developers has launched its 17th project, Sobha Classic, on Sarjapur road area in Bangalore. The project is 2 km away from Total Mall and 6.5 km from the Electronic City.
Spread across 6.9 acres and comprising three blocks, Sobha Classic will have 243 units of which 81 units will have a servant room. The apartment’s built-up area ranges between 1,752 sq ft and 2,070 sq ft, with cost (basic + car park) varying from Rs 76.71 lakh to Rs 90.10 lakh.
The project is expected to be completed by December 2013.
JC Sharma, managing director of Sobha Developers, said, "Our journey on Sarjapur road started over a decade ago with Oman Topaz and since then we have completed 16 projects in and around Sarjapur Outer Ring Road with over 2,600 customers. The success stories of our earlier projects encouraged us to come up this project.”
According to Sharma, the company’s last project Sobha Cinnamon that was launched nine months ago has been completely sold out. Sobha Classic comprises basement, ground and 13 storied RCC framed structure with concrete block masonry walls. Parking for residents is at the basement while space has been created on the ground floor for visitors.
The project will include amenities such as a fully equipped clubhouse having two separate gyms for weight training and cardio, a swimming pool, steam room, billiards table, table tennis, carom, jogging track, basket ball court, rappelling wall, meditation room and two community halls.
Sobha Developers has introduced green initiatives in this project and have installed rain water harvesting systems and STP with organic waste converter.
